  • Convincing Styles: How do I persuade professionally through the consequent use of all communication channels and the five relevant persuasion strategies.
  • Intercultural trainings and coaching on a variety of countries (i.e. China, India, Russia, UAE etc.) in various languages: Our experience in this area dates back to the beginning of the 90s. On request we are able to integrate ITAP- consultants from five continents in the training via Skype. Furthermore, we are one of only two organizations worldwide accredited to use intruments, based on the work of Geert Hofstede, in trainings and coachings (e.g. the CWQ). 
  • Virtual collaboration, distance leading and E-learning – in cooperation with senior consultants having many years of management experience in international corporates.
