TWIST will host a client meeting with a small group of people this year, addressing the topic of "talent management". If you are interested in the exchange about this topic with HR experts from other companies, please get in touch with TWIST directly.
Talent management is also reflected in href="http://www.twist.de/studien.php">our current trend analysis 2012, as the priority for 2012.
Nearly 200 participants (students, university lecturers, human resources experts and decision-makers of various companies and recruitment consultants) participated in workshops and discussions for a mutual reality check: What do students expect from their potential employers? What do companies expect from potential employees? What skills and requirements are available and which must still be strengthened to keep up with the rapid pace of change? Do current education programs really match the requirements of the market?
A short film summarizes the impressions of that meeting. You can watch it on our German homepage under "Aktuelles".
With a director from the bavarian television, during two days TWIST shot a filmlet with 6 representatives of different cultures. The TWIST cooperation partners Dr. Mahadevan (India), Ms Lazko (Russia), Ms Beerman (USA), Dr. Ma (China) and Mr Marchant (France) and the LMU-professor van Peer (Belgium) depaint in this film examplary cultural differences between Germany and their particular culture and their effects in the working life.
The about 20 minutes long filmlet which can be used e.g. in intercultural trainings can be watched on the German part of the homepage under the heading „Aktuelles”.
