German-German Cooperation in Companies 20 Years After the Fall of the Berlin Wall

This year's expert forum took place on October 16th, 2009. The TWIST Consulting Group presented the results of its latest survey on cooperation between companies in Germany's new and old federal states. This year, we welcomed Prof. Wolf Wagner (Erfurt University of Applied Sciences, author of the bestseller Kulturschock Deutschland) as a speaker, who explored the question "Is the wall really gone?" in his presentation. The event was rounded off with a lively exchange of experiences, brainstorming, and a summary of practical tips for improving everyday life in German-German companies. As in previous years, the group of around 50 guests was made up of internal and external HR experts, as well as representatives from the fields of research and academia.
