Workplace of the Future

On April 3rd, 2019, almost 40 of our international clients, consultants, and cooperation partners of the Global Resource Team met at TWIST in Munich to discuss the "workplace of the future" and its future challenges and implications for HR departments worldwide. The concept of agile organizations, the challenges and advantages of digital learning, as well as other HR-relevant topics of our clients, were presented and discussed in several expert panels. Our new Hofstede Learning App was also presented in this context, and we were pleased to receive positive and constructive feedback from clients and colleagues. We enjoyed the fruitful intercultural exchange on these future-oriented topics and would like to thank our guests for their exciting contributions.
