Coaching
After an initial phone consultation, we first schedule a get-to-know-you meeting with you. Afterwards, the next steps are determined. On average, a coaching program lasts 12–16 hours, usually completed in blocks of 5–7 sessions.
1. Occasions for and Objective of a Coaching
Coaching serves your personal further advancement and professional development. It can be used to enhance your competences and to increase your work satisfaction - in practically every work situation.
2. Coaching Event Sequence
You are invited to reflect on your professional situation during the coaching:
- with the help of a competent, neutral partner
- in a fixed time frame
- with regard to your professional role (qualification and competencies, work area, development opportunities, etc.)
- with reference to your personal action patterns in interactions with your boss, co-workers and colleagues
After a telephone conversation we will first make an appointment in order to get to know each other personally. Then we will discuss further proceedings. Normally the Coaching takes 12 to 16 hours that are mostly being conducted in four or five blocks.
3. Which Coach Is Right for You?
When you contact us regarding coaching, Ms. Nitsch will usually be your first point of contact. Together, we then try to determine which coach from our team can provide you with the greatest support in your specific situation (e.g., age, gender, experience, and educational background). It is important to us that you and your coach also fit well on a personal level.
Topographical Coaching:
A new process model, inspired by the universal structure from literary and film theory, helps coaches place the client's journey from problem to solution in a topographical map. (Click here for the current publications).
Self-Reflection Sheets in Coaching:
If leaders took a little more time in their daily routines to reflect on their own behavior, they could more or less coach themselves. For this purpose, a short, practical self-reflection sheet on one’s own leadership behavior has proven effective, to be completed independently after manager-employee interactions (see also recent publications).
Impat/Expat Coaching

Intercultural Coaching On the Job for Individuals or Teams
- Trainer accompanies the “expat” or foreign employee in the workplace and provides on-site feedback and behavioral guidance (bi-cultural consultant/trainer).

Getting the New Structure Up and Running:
Once the new structure is on paper and the often months-long uncertainty comes to an end, we work with you to ensure that …
- anger, frustration, and grief are soon left behind
- there is a sense of clarity on who will do what and who is the right person to contact
- there is an increase of trust and a grown desire to collectively seize new challenges
Having experienced four economic crises and two years of Covid Pandemic in our company's history over more than three decades, and having supported our customers during this time, we bring a lot of experience and peace of mind to the table.
Internationalization:
How can the parent company’s standards and values be effectively transferred to foreign subsidiaries?
How much standardization makes sense, and where must local interests be taken into account?
During the roll-out of international projects (especially in PE/OE), we can provide support based on years of experience and a close network of partners worldwide.
Strategic Mission Statement Development: Who are we, and where are we headed? What values and ground rules should we adopt to remain realistic and competitive in the long term without compromising our core strengths and values? A sustainable concept is developed with company leadership and staff (using the braided design approach) that is embraced and enacted by both sides.
