(Culture in the WorkplaceTM)

As a partner of Hofstede CW and our Asian partners at ODE Consulting, we are one of only two organizations worldwide authorized to use Hofstede materials and models (endorsed by Geert Hofstede), such as the intercultural online questionnaire CWQ3 – an instrument based on Prof. Hofstede’s cultural dimensions for measuring cultural preferences in the workplace.

Intercultural Questionnaire

In collaboration with the international HR expert network ITAP, the German version of the Intercultural Questionnaire CWQ (based on Prof. Geert Hofstede’s cultural dimensions) has been developed. The questionnaire can be completed online. The written feedback report describes the respondent’s own intercultural profile and relates it to five pre-selected countries.

TWIST – ITAP Central and Eastern Europe

TWIST is also ITAP Europe! This means that in collaboration with the globally established HR expert network ITAP, we are the central contact for all clients in Europe. Through our cooperation with ITAP International, we have access to numerous experienced coaches and consultants worldwide and can collaborate with local consulting firms in over 50 countries.
